He has also gained a great insight into the industrial automation sector allowing him to service much wider segments of the manufacturing and process machinery industries.
Bruce’s previous experience from the employer’s side of the desk, as well as a candidate himself in years gone by, provides him with great empathy for the needs of both the client and candidate. This understanding and respect of the recruitment process, along with his 15 years in recruitment allows Bruce to provide a service to his clients and candidates, that is second to none.
